This health and wellness retail chain was growing at a rapid pace with new acquisitions. With their pace of growth, corporate was faced with a new question – what is the layout in all these stores, and how do we streamline all of them?
The reinvention of their stores spans across multiple new categories and programs. They wanted to evaluate 27 potential solutions.
We chose SmartMap as the platform to collect data, analyze and evaluate all their potential options. Using SmartMap, we collected several data points, including store layout, fixtures, installations, and adjacencies, across all the selected locations.
The program is currently underway with implementation across 200 store locations per week. Walgreens is also planning to integrate SmartProject to optimize the process further.
