Case Study Image

A major private label campaign required the assembly, placement, and loading of products on several pallet displays, shippers, and trash cans. This grocery chain had to place over 300 POP elements, including blade signs, toppers, banners, and clings, across their stores. This project came with a hard-dated deadline of 5 days to coincide with the marketing campaign.

Solution:

We utilized SmartProject® to plan and execute the project. Our team coordinated receipt of the material before planning the installations. We conducted detailed in-person and online training sessions for installers to ensure quick turnaround time. With SmartProject®, we ensured transparent execution by consistently provided real-time reports and photo verification.

Outcome

We met the retailer deadline of 5 days for all the store locations – our client was ecstatic with the pace of execution and reporting. We completed an average of 18 man-hours per store location with our two-person teams.
