The ice cream category products of this large consumer good company had declining store compliance. Their existing service providers were unable to execute the right solution.
We planned, developed, and executed a data-driven audit and correct program across 7,700 stores. We captured the compliance level of space, price, planogram, and point-of-purchase/ point-of-sale, and footprint, utilizing SmartProject® Technology. Based on this data, we resolved non-compliance. Additionally, we also designed scorecards and optimization algorithms to provide actionable insights and drive visibility.
We achieved a 28.5% increase in comparable sales and a 19.7% increase in comparable units.
